If I’m Using the NANO SOMA^®️ Gel or Skin Cream, Do I Still Need the NANO SOMA^®️ Liquid?

Yes, we recommend that the NANO SOMA®️ Liquid remain the foundation of your daily routine (five sprays once a day, or more if needed). Generally, the Liquid supports your overall vitality, while the NANO SOMA®️ Gel and Skin Cream are designed to be applied topically and focus more specifically on the appearance of the skin.* We like to say that the NANO SOMA Liquid supports your well-being from the inside out, and the Gel or Cream from the outside in.

What About My Current Medications?

There are no known interactions between the NANO SOMA products and prescription medications. 

While we don’t offer medical advice, it’s been observed that these products may function best when used on their own. However, always consult your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.

Do I Still Need Supplements?

With consistent use of NANO SOMA, your body is supported in functioning at its natural optimal level, so many individuals find they need fewer supplements. Dr. Raghavan, the creator of these products, notes that NANO SOMA encourages the body to more effectively access nutrients from food.*

The NANO SOMA Liquid may also support the body’s ability to generate Vitamin C, act in place of Vitamin D, and encourage B vitamin activity. This could mean fewer external supplements are required. As always, listen to your body and consult a healthcare professional as needed.

What If I Experience a Strong Response?

There are no known side effects from NANO SOMA. However, some people may experience a temporary adjustment period as the body balances itself. This may manifest as strong initial sensations that usually subside in a day or two. In such cases, reducing your NANO SOMA Liquid intake to one spray per day or using smaller amounts of the Gel or Cream can help you ease into your routine.

Any Other Advice?

If you’re serious about tracking your wellness journey, consider getting baseline bloodwork before beginning NANO SOMA. For visible improvements, such as with skin appearance, “before” photos can be helpful.
